While progressing up the management ladder, he continually maintained an excellent relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and employees. This team spirit ultimately resulted in outstanding customer service and loyal customers. While working with industry leaders, John gained valuable insight to the loose diamond industry. This experience has allowed him to bring wholesale prices direct to the consumer. John has been known to say ³Jewelry is my life, and I live to make customers happy.² He has always thought of opening his own store because he truly cares for the customer and their buying experiences. Over the years in the jewelry business, he has witnessed the happiness he can create, by connecting with his customers to ensure they make the perfect selection. This dedication has developed many happy, lifelong customers.

Luis is a high energy professional with years of experience and customer service in the jewelry industry. His outstanding customer service and knowledge of upscale quality merchandise including luxury Swiss watches such as Rolex, Tag Heuer, Omega, and Patek Philip, just to name a few, have been invaluable to the opening of the new store. He strives to create lifetime happiness for all customers with his passion for quality. He is understanding, caring, and will not hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of his customers. Luis¹ experiences have built a clientele which has enabled him to share in the excitement of opening his own store with John Colon with whom he has worked with for the past four years.
